Welcome to Photo Booth Near Me (we,our,us). These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your use of our website https://www.photoboothnearme.us/ and our photo booth rental services. By booking our services or using our site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your quote/invoice) is received.
     

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the event date.
     

  • Payments can be made via [Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, etc.
     

  • Prices may vary based on event location, duration, and customizations.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Client Cancellations:
     

    • Deposits are non refundable.
       

    • If you cancel within 7 days of your event the full payment is non refundable.
       

  • Company Cancellations:

    If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

 Event Requirements

  • The client must provide:
     

    • Access to power outlets within 20 feet of the setup area.

       

    • Sufficient space for the photo booth (minimum [X feet] by [X feet]).

       

    • Indoor or covered area if the event is outdoors.
       

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows photo booth equipment and setup.

 

Use of Photos & Videos

  • By using our photo booth, guests grant us permission to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials).
     

  • If you wish to opt out please notify us in writing before the event.

Equipment Damage & Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to our equipment by guests, venue staff, or other third parties during the rental period.
     

  • We are not responsible for:
     

    • Power outages or internet issues at the venue.
       

    • Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access.

 

 Service Interruptions

  • In case of equipment failure we will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue on site.
     

  • If the issue cannot be resolved we will refund a pro rata amount for the lost rental time.

Conduct & Safety

  • We reserve the right to stop services without refund if guests behave in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

Intellectual Property

  • All photos, videos, and designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

  • Clients receive a personal non commercial license to use the media provided.

 Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
     

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of enjoyment, lost profits).

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of California USA.
     

  • Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
